It is important for us to get the shipment to our customers as soon as possible. Typically it ships out 1-2 business days after the order is placed online.

Purchases, with the exception of items that incorporate bead work, are eligible for return in exchange for Store Credit only. Returns of styles are conditional upon compliance with certain criteria, and may be refused at our sole discretion if these requirements are not met:

• The item is unworn and in original condition
• The item has absolutely no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan)
• The item does not have any odor (including deodorant, perfume, body odor or washing powder)
• A receipt and proof of purchase is available

A. KAR reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by A. KAR.

Store Credit Returns

• Store Credits are available, if returned within 14 days of delivery. 
• Store Credits are processed within 5 - 7 business days once the return has been received by our warehouse.
• Store credits will be emailed to the email address attached to the order and valid for 12 months.

The shipping service and cost are to be completed via your local postal service. You will be liable to pay all shipping costs for returning the goods back to us. You must state on the returned package that it is a "Return of Merchandise", or you will be liable for all associated import duties and taxes. 

After return request is emailed:

1. Please ensure you mark & label any of your returns as a "Return of Merchandise". If you do not you will be charged for all import duties and taxes.
   
   
2. Make sure that the product is in good and clean condition as our warehouse will do further inspection to ensure they are in pristine condition when received.
   
   
3. Pack all the returned items. You can use the box the items arrived in. Ensure that you do not send the product box itself with no protection, it must be sent inside an outer return box or package. Please ensure it is labeled as "Return of Merchandise". The return address for the package:
